ePoster Presentation Resources

For the ePoster session you will need to be present at your poster for approximately 30 minutes to answer questions about your poster from attendees and judges. You will be given a specific time during this period (5 minutes) when judges will stop by for you to present, and review/score your poster.

All posters will be presented digitally on flat screen TV. You are limited to a single slide which should display all pertinent information related to your presentation. Please utilize a widescreen (16:9 aspect ratio) template to optimize your presentation for viewing on TVs at the symposium. Below is an ePoster checklist & tips sheet along with several widescreen templates you can use for your presentation:

ePoster presentations are due by Monday April 8th. Make sure to use standard fonts to avoid formatting issues when your poster is displayed at the research symposium. Submit using the link below:
